Public opportunity to address the Hearing Officer on any item of interest over which the Planning Commission has jurisdiction that is not on the agenda

MINOR SUBDIVISION NO. MS22-018 – FARAIN SAREMI – A request to subdivide a 149.5-acre parcel into two parcels, resulting in parcel sizes of: Parcel 1 = 21.08 acres and a remainder parcel equal to 128.42 acres. The project site is on South Turner Island Road, 1825 feet South of West Henry Miller Avenue in the Los Banos area, identified as Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) 073-190-014. The project site is designated Agricultural Land Use in the General Plan and zoned A-1 (General Agricultural).  CEQA: Staff recommends the Hearing Officer determine that no further environmental review is required pursuant to Section 15162 (“Subsequent EIRs and Negative Declarations”) of the CEQA Guidelines. RECOMMENDATION(S): 

1. Open/close the Public Hearing; 
2. Determine that no further environmental review is required pursuant to Section 15162 (“Subsequent EIRs and Negative Declarations”) of the CEQA Guidelines; and, 
3. Approve Minor Subdivision No. MS22-018 based on the findings and subject to the recommended conditions of approval.
