The Merced County Department of Child Support Services has resumed full services to the public effective Tuesday, June 6, 2021. Our business hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8am-5pm and Wednesday 9am-5pm. Our office will continue to provide services by telephone, email, text messaging, and/or video conferencing.
Customers may drop off paperwork in the department’s drop box located outside our lobby entrance doors.

Individuals currently receiving CalWORKS are automatically referred to their local child support agency for services. If you are a CalWORKS beneficiary and have questions about your case, please contact your local child support agency.
