As part of the Department of Healthcare Services (DHCS) Annual Protocol and the Mental Health Plan (MHP) contract, BHRS is required to coordinate a Quality Improvement Committee (QIC). The QIC is designed to be a forum to review all aspects of quality improvement within BHRS including reviewing and analyzing performance indicators as well as performance improvement projects. This committee is an opportunity to review policies, procedures, and practices that have a direct impact on the quality of services BHRS provides to the community.
Meetings are held the fourth Tuesday of every month and are scheduled from 3:00pm - 5:00pm, unless otherwise noted.
