Retailers operating under an M10 (Medical Retail) license issued by the State Bureau of Cannabis Control may deliver medical cannabis to residence within the unincorporated areas of Merced County once a Merced County Business License has been issued.

Individuals who wish to deliver medical cannabis products must have an approved M10 license from the Bureau of Cannabis Control prior to applying for a Merced County Business License. Applications for business licenses will not be accepted without proof of a valid M10 license.
The following information must be included with application for all individuals delivering within the unincorporated areas of Merced County:
- Name
- Driver’s License number
- State of issued license
- Date of Birth
