If you successfully complete your probationary term, including paying all fines and fees associated with your case, section 1203.4 of the California Penal Code allows you to petition the Court for a Post Disposition Dismissal and/or Reduction of your conviction so long as you:
- Do not have any open cases in this county or any other county
- Are not on probation
- Are not serving time
- All fines and fees must be paid in full
Currently, you may meet with an attorney regarding eligibility for a Post Disposition Dismissal and Reductions on Thursday from 9:30 am to 11:00 am for Felony's and Misdemeanors. No appointment necessary. The first 10 people will be seen.
A fee of $111 per case will apply plus a court filing fee of $60.00 court filing fee for misdemeanor offenses or $150.00 court filing fee for felony offenses. Money Orders or Cashier's Checks in the two separate amounts are excepted only.
