Applications are being sought for individuals who are interested in serving as a trustee for the Merced Cemetery District.
Interested parties need to complete the Application for Membership.
The application can also be obtained at the Board of Supervisors Office. Contact the Clerk of the Board at (209) 385-7366 for the form to be mailed or provided through email. Completed applications can be mailed to the Clerk or dropped off at the Board of Supervisors Office anytime from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday during normal business days.
Applications received will be considered for two expired terms. The purpose of the Board of Trustees is to manage, oversee and establish policies for the Merced Cemetery District located at 1300 B St. in Merced.
The application period will end at 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 27, 2017. All trustees are appointed by the Merced County Board of Supervisors.
